Academician Liu is a pioneer in the field of terahertz technology in China.

The company primarily engages in the research, production, and sales of terahertz-related instruments, as well as the domestic and international trade and agency of related technologies and products. Its flagship product is the Nano-Terahertz Microscopic Spectroscopy System, which enhances the spectral resolution of terahertz imaging to the nanometer scale. This system is applied in terahertz material analysis, advanced biomedical imaging, semiconductor non-destructive testing, and failure analysis.

The Nano-Terahertz Microscopic Spectroscopy System developed by the company is based on an independently developed, domestically produced open-architecture atomic force microscopy (AFM) system. It integrates and is compatible with terahertz-band light sources, enabling terahertz imaging and spectroscopic analysis at nanometer-level spatial resolution.
